Without mentioning the Dutch international by name he said: \"I\'m not a small captain, when I say something everyone in the changing room listens to me.\" Bayern face Champions League semi-finalists Schalke on Saturday with the pressure mounting to finish in the top three and secure Champions League football next season. The Bavarian giants are lying fourth, a point behind third-placed Hanover.
