Zamalek sports team mission returned home early Sunday after winning the Super Cup on 3/1 penalties in a match against Al Ahly.
The match was played on Friday at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) capital of Abu Dhabi.
The Cairo giants were tied at 0-0 after 90 minutes before Zamalek keeper Mahmoud Gennesh saved two penalties to lead the White Knights to the title for the third time in their history.
