Al-Shamal, al-Sadd victorious in Handball League

Al-Shamal and al-Sadd clubs made convincing victories in the pre-last round clash of Qatar Handball League 2013 held on Monday. In the first playoff, Al Shamal outclassed Al Khor SC 36-31 to lead their respective group (9 points), as Al Khor (5 points) officially excluded from competition in the HH Heir Apparent Handball Cup. In the second match, al-Sadd made a comfortable 30-26 victory over Qatar SC and ensured their lead in their respective group holds 9 points.
