Algeria's national swimming team (men and women) ranked 2nd in the second Arab Swimming Championship, held in Morocco's Casablanca from 4 to 7 September, said Thursday the Algerian Federation of Swimming.
The Algerian swimmers snatched 34 medals (6 gold, 19 silver and 9 bronze) behind Egypt, which claimed 57 medals, including 33 gold, and ahead of Jordan, which won 11 medals, including 2 gold.
