Bahrain beat Qatar in Asian Cup

Bahrain today Qatar 2-1 in the third qualifications match of Group C in the Asian Cup 2015. Sayyed Dhiya netted the first goal in the 35th minister before Hassan equalized 68 minute in the match. Bahraini striker Sayyed Ahmed Jaafer scored the second goal in the 82nd minute in the match which was played on Australia Stadium. Both team have already lost all hope of reaching the quarterfinals.
In a second match in the same group, Iran beat the UAE 1-0 in Brisbane. Reza Ghoochannejhad scored an injury-time goal to seal the final victory for Iran. Iran topped Group C, after totaling 9 points from three wins, followed by the UAE which finished second with six points.
