Catastrophic day for 4 Algiers clubs

The first day of the Algerian football league 1, played Friday and Saturday, was marked by the defeat of four of the five Algiers clubs, two of which played in their stadium, while MO Bejaia, RC Araba and JS Kabylie won in away matches.
The Algiers clubs’ ordeal started Friday with NA Hussein-Dey’s defat against MO Bejaia (0-2), in Bologhine, followed by the USM Em Harrach who lost the following day against RC Arabaa (0-1) at the Reghaia stadium.
Later in the evening, Cr Belouizdad, who played against CSC in Constantine, lost with a score of 3-1, while the reigning champion USM Algiers tied against ES Setif (1-1) at Omar Hamadi stadium.
Even MC Algiers, recently won Algeria Super Cup title, finished with a 2-1 defeat against MC Eulma in the Messaoud Zeggar stadium.
JS Kabylie, who played MC Oran in their local stadium, won 2-0.
