Kuwait's 15th camel race begins Sunday

The 15th Kuwait camel race will be held here Sunday under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Secretary of the Kuwait Camel Racing Club and the race organizer Rabih Al-Ajmi said that lucrative prizes would await the winners of the race featuring some 2,500 camels.
The race will be held in 74 heats before the grand prix event which will determine the winners, said Al-Ajmi.
