Qatar to participate in GCC table tennis championship

The Qatari table tennis will participate in the 2013 GCC Table Tennis Championship to begin in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday. The Qatari Men’s team will begin their campaign at the championship on Sunday with two encounters against Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. In Youth Event, Qatar will take on Oman while the Qatari juniors team will clash against Bahrain on Sunday. The Qatari squad includes Jermin, Mohammad Al Sulaiti, Mohammed Khalil (18 years), Abdulrahman Al Najar, Jassim Al Sanadi, Mohammad Al Haddad (15 Years), Abdullah Al Yafae, Abdulrahman Al Mutawa, Nawaf Al Malki, Abdulaziz Jassim and Abdulaziz Abdulhamid (12 years). On the other hand, the Qatar Table Tennis Association honored the Qatari players who have participated at the Arab Table Tennis Championship in Erbil, Iraq where Qatar finished second overall.
