Zamalek reinstate Abbass as president

Zamalek\'s elected president, Mamdouh Abbass, has been reinstated by an administrative court after notorious lawyer Mortada Mansour withdrew his appeal against the club’s presidential elections. Mansour, a former president of the club himself, claimed in his case that he had won the elections, accusing Abbass of rigging the elections. As a consequence of the court ruling, Abbass will be able to take up his post as Zamalek president from Tuesday.
