Carmelo Anthony and Chris Copeland combined for 49 points Sunday and the New York Knicks ended a recent slide with a 100-87 victory over New Orleans. Anthony put in 27 points and Copeland added 22 as the Knicks snapped a three-game losing streak. Also making big contributions were for New York were Amare Stoudemire (12 points) and Tyson Chandler (five points, 14 rebounds).
