John Isner from the United States used two hours, 54 minutes to edge Kevin Anderson 6-7(3), 7-6(2), 7-6(2) to win the Atlanta Open on Sunday. The top seed Isner played seven tiebreakers in total in his four Atlanta matches. \"This is a tournament where I could have been out in my first match.
