Mark Richards and his Wild Oats XI won in the Sydney to Hobart ocean yacht race with a new record on Friday at Hobart, Australia. The Wild Oats XI sprinted at Hobart\'s Constitution dock with a time of one day, 18 hours, 23 minutes and 12 seconds for its sixth victory in the 628 nautical mile bluewater classic. It also won every year from 2005 to 2008 and in 2010. The previous record of the event was one day, 18 hours, 40 minutes and 10 seconds, set in 2005. Ragamuffin-Loyal, which won last year and is skippered by 85- year-old Syd Fischer, finished second, while Lahana on third.
