Zambia's Africa Cup of Nations chances took a major blow on Monday when midfield star Nathan Sinkala was ruled out for the rest of the finals with a knee injury.
The Grass hoppers Zurich dynamo suffered the injury during Zambia's 1-1 draw against DR Congo on Sunday and Zambia team doctor Joseph Kabungo told fazfootball.com that Sinkala will need at least four weeks to heal.
Zambia are hoping to return to the top of Africa after winning the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations.
Their next match in Group B is Thursday against Tunisia.
