Talebian wins gold medal

Ahmadreza Talebian of Iran on Sunday won the Men\'s Kayak Single 5,000 meters gold in Canoe/Kayak Sprint at the 14th Asian Games in Iran. He passed behind Uzbek Viachslav Gooren with 21:45.93 and Haita uo Eix from China with 21:50.08. and won the medal with a result of 21:45.13. The 14th Men\'s Single Canoe/Kayak Sprint games was held in Tehran Azadi sport complex from October 13-16. Single canoe riders from China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, India, The Philippines, Kazakhstan and Pakistan competed within the four days championships.
