FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter has written to Angolan Football Federation (FAF) President Sr. Pedro De Morais Neto to express his sorrow over the bus crash that killed 23 and injured a further 29 football fans in the country. The vehicle was transporting Kabuscorp supporters back from an away match on Saturday when the tragedy occurred. “On behalf of FIFA and the worldwide football family, I wish to extend our condolences to you, to the Angolan football community and, most importantly, to the families of the victims and their friends and loved ones,” wrote Blatter. “Please let them know that today the football community stands by their side.” The FIFA President added: “I wish the other fans who were injured in this accident courage and a prompt recovery.” From - Fifa
