Tim Cahill is poised to complete a shock move to New York Red Bulls after Everton and Major League Soccer agreed a fee for the midfielder. Cahill has been a revelation with the Toffees since joining them from Millwall in 2004, scoring 68 goals in 278 appearances, but is on the verge of exiting Merseyside to play in the United States.
