A lawyer for baseball Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk said he wants an Illinois court to cancel the suspension of his client\'s driver\'s license. The Illinois secretary of state\'s office announced it would suspend the 64-year-old Fisk\'s license for 12 months starting Dec. 7 after he refused to submit to blood-alcohol testing when he was arrested on drunken driving charges Oct. 22, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Friday. Stephen White, Fisk\'s lawyer, appeared in court on his client\'s behalf Thursday and filed some motions, including a request to have the suspension canceled. Fisk, who played for the Chicago White Sox and Boston Red Sox, was charged with drunken driving, transportation of open alcohol and improper lane use after leaving the road and driving into a field in New Lenox, police said
