Borussia Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp has declared himself proud of his side\'s UEFA Champions League exploits after another impressive result against Real Madrid. The Bundesliga side looked as though they were on course for victory over Jose Mourinho\'s men - their second of the campaign - after taking a 2-1 lead thanks to Marco Reus\' opener and Alvaro Arbeloa\'s own goal. But Real equalised for the second time in the match when Mesut Ozil struck in the 89th minute to deny Klopp\'s men a memorable win to go with a 2-1 home success over the Spanish giants. Despite narrowly missing the chance to guarantee qualification, Klopp remains impressed by the way his side have performed to go top of what was widely agreed to be the hardest group in the competition. \"It cannot be taken for granted that we had Real away from home on the brink of defeat,\" said Klopp, whose team also held English champions Manchester City to a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium last month. \"We have earned away draws against two of the world\'s best teams. It would have been fine with us if we had won the group already but we have won the head-to-head with Real, which could not have been expected. \"This was a great game against a great team in a fantastic atmosphere. The atmosphere provided by our fans will give us goosebumps for years to come. We would have liked to grab a lucky win, but we earned a deserved point.\" FromFifa
