Kraft, the Four Hills champion last year, put in two leaps of 133m for 307.3 points and a fifth career win.
Slovenian star Prevc was third behind Austria's Michael Haybock but he remains more than 300 points ahead in the title race after main rival Severin Freund of Germany skipped the Poland event.
