Sheikh Rashid Dalmook Juma Al Maktoum, riding Tonki Dee Boo Kokoda won the Al Wathba Challenge, the season’s first endurance ride at the Emirates International Endurance Village in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, on Saturday. The ride was attended by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affaires and Sheikh Tahnoun Bin Zayed Al Nahayn. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai participated in the ride but retired his horse in third stage. The participants were required to cove the CEI** 120 kms ride in five stages of 33kms, 27 kms, 24 kms, 20 kms and 16 kms. And it drew 170 riders.
