The Annual Physical Fitness and Health organized by the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) will be concluded at the Doha Corniche on Wednesday.The key objective of the QOC’s drive is to promote health and sport awareness among individuals, and to enhance the governing sport body’s relationship with the local society by making sport an integral part of their daily life.The four-day program includes a series of fitness and medical checks, by using BMI indicator and other vital tools to measure physical fitness, weight, length, fat and flexibility of the muscles.Additionally, the program also includes aerobic fitness test to measure the ability to work for longer periods, depending on efficiency of the respiratory system.
