The Luxor African Film Festival (LAFF) has signed a cooperation protocol with its Italian counterpart RomAfrica Film Festival (RAFF), a statement by the LAFF indicated.
The final version of the protocol is due to be inked next July in Rome during a celebration ceremony, the statement added.
Under the new protocol, winning films will be exchanged between the LAFF and RAFF.
Joint cultural events will be organized as well, the protocol stipulates.
Italian Cinema experts will participate in workshops that will be organized during the 6th edition of the LAFF, slated for March 16-22, 2017, a LAFF board member said.
