Mali presidential hopefuls Keita and Cisse to face off in August 11 run-off

Ibrahim Boubacar Keita has won the first round of Mali’s presidential election with 39.07% of the vote, with Soumaila Cisse coming in second with 19.44% support. The victor will be decided in a run-off vote on August 11, according to the Interior Ministry.
