US identifies American suicide bomber in Syria

The US government on Friday identified an American citizen who carried out a deadly suicide bombing in Syria, in the first such case in the civil war.
"The American citizen involved in the suicide bombing in Syria is believed to be Moner Mohammad Abu-Salha," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said in a statement referring to Sunday's truck bombing in the northern province of Idlib.
