Voting starts in final phase of India\'s election

Polls opened Monday in the final phase of India's marathon election, with long queues already forming outside some polling stations in the ancient holy city of Varanasi. At the C.M. Anglo-Bengali Primary School in the old part of Varanasi, the first voter cast his ballot as polls opened at 07:00 am (0130 GMT) with another 30 to 40 people waiting in line.
