The 19th session of the Egyptian-Jordanian Business Council in Aqaba will not be held in mid-December as scheduled, MENA learned.
The new date has not been determined yet, informed sources told MENA correspondent in Jordan.
The gathering was postponed after some new items were added to the agenda of the meeting, they added.
The meeting would discuss decisions taken by the Joint Egyptian-Jordanian Higher Committee on May 25-28, as well as ways of increasing the volume of investments between the two countries.
In 2014, the volume of trade between the two countries hit $656.5 million compared to $817.8 million in 2013.
