
A ship arrived at Suez's Zaitiyat port loaded with 3,500 tons of butane gas coming from the Saudi port of Yanbu, Spokesman for the Red Sea Port Authority Abdel-Rahim Mostafa said.
Safaga port also received a ship carrying 122 passengers and 35 trucks and another vessel with 118 passengers, 16 cars and four trucks on board, the spokesman said in a statement on Wednesday.
The port also received a ship with 77 passengers and as many trucks on board and another vessel carrying 66 trucks, Moustafa said.
Another ferry loaded with 21,200 tons of phosphate left the port for India, he added.
Nuweiba port has received a ferry carrying 423 passengers, including 180 pilgrims, four buses, eight refrigerators and two Jett buses, in addition to a vessel with 59 trucks on board, he added.
