98% of Sanad Housing project completed in Bahrain

Housing Ministry's Assistant Undersecretary for Housing Projects, Sami Abdullah Bu Hazza', said 98% of Sanad housing project units have been completed in the past years.

Work is currently underway to link the site with the main public roads network by early 2016.

The project comes in compliance with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa regarding the allocation and distribution of 40,000 housing units to eligible citizens including planned, completed or under-construction projects in the next few years.

Bu Hazza' said 221 housing units in Sanad project out of total number of 265 type-T3M units i.e. 98% of the total available units have already been completed. Meanwhile 44 units are in advanced stages of construction. Work is underway to finish the infrastructure utilities which will serve these units.
