Annual inflation down to 11.39% in June in Egypt

The annual inflation rate went down to 11.39 percent in June from 13.11 percent in the month before, the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said in a statement, a copy of which MENA received on Friday
The CBE said the basic monthly inflation rate hit 0.61% in June compared to 0.65% in May, the report said.
The annual basic inflation rate stood at 8.07% by the end of June, the statement said.
