Several governors of Arab central banks arrived in Cairo Friday to take part in the 39th session of the Board of Governors of the Central Banks and Arab Monetary Institutions, slated for Sunday.
The session will be chaired by Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt Hisham Ramez.
Observers from both the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the Union of Arab Banks and the Union of Arab Securities Authorities will take part in the meetings.
Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain Rasheed Mohammed al Maraj arrived in Cairo earlier in the day.
