Bahraini industry minister patronises customer service conference

Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan bin Abdullah Fakhro is scheduled to patronise the Third Regional Conference on the theme: "Excellent Customer Service: Dazzling Customer Service Revolution" in mid-October.
The Kingdom hosts international expert Shepard Hayken to lecture as keynote speaker during the conference activities.
The event is part of a series of conferences organized by Origin Consultancy Group. The theme was meticulously chosen commensurate with local and regional market needs for similar programmes activities.
As founder and thinker who has been working with hundreds of clientele in various organizational sectors from all over the world since 1983, Shepard Hayken is considered as one of the most knowledgeable experts and professional orators in the field.
