Chemical Export Council head: Exports to Jordan expected to reach 700m EGP in 2016

The Chemical Export Council (CEC) Chairman Khaled Abul Makarem said the sector's exports to Jordan stood at 550 million EGP in 2015 and are expected to reach 700 million EGP by the end of 2016.
In statements to MENA on Wednesday on the fringe of the Jordan Chemex 2016, he said Egypt seeks to set up several investment projects in the plastic sector in Jordan.
He added that 83 Egyptian companies participate in the Jordanian fair against 53 last year.
