Defense Minister inspect projects implemented by Army at Galala Bahraia area

Minister of Defense and Military Production Colonel General Sedqy Sobhy on Tuesday went on an inspection tour of several projects that are implemented by the Armed Forces Engineering Authority at al Galala al Bahraia area.
These projects included Ain Sokhna-Zafarana highway, al Galala international city and tourist resort along with King Abdullah University.
Head of the Authority Major General Kamel Wazir expounded during the tour the details of Ain Sokhna-Zafarana road that pierces into the mountain at a length of 110 km.
He also explained al Galala tourist resort that is established over 100 feddans area along with al Galala international complex that is set up over 17,000 feddans area.
He noted that up to 53 civil companies are operating with the Armed Forces in these projects, including 40 Egyptian companies specialized in the domains of roads and construction.
