Egypt, Kuwait in oil cooperation talks

Minister of Petroleum Tareq Al Mulla held a meeting with Kuwait Energy CEO Sara Akbar to discuss promoting cooperation.
The meeting tackled means of enhancing opportunities for cooperation between the oil sector and the company during the coming period in the areas of research, exploration and production of oil and gas inside and outside Egypt.
The meeting also discussed the situation of a partnership agreement between the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and the Kuwaiti company.
Akbar said that the company seeks to increase investments in Egypt during the coming period.
