Social solidarity Minister Ghada Waly and Qaliubiya Governor Mohamed Abedl Zaher on Tuesday inaugurated the headquarters of "Face" charity organization in Obour City.
The minister said that the building is compatible and complement to the ministry's integrated strategy to improve the quality of services provided at care institutions, especially the orphanages.
For his part, the governor hailed the charity organization's role in providing social and humanitarian services.
