Egyptian minister unveils amendments to investment guarantee, incentives law

Investment Minister Ashraf Salman on Monday updated the ministerial economic committee on amendments to the Investment Guarantee and Incentives Law which was issued in 1997 and amended by a republican decree in 2015.
The decree tackled articles dealing with free industrial zones in a bid to protect going projects which are being carried out in these zones, the minister said.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab and the ministers of the planning, supply and international cooperation.
