Kuwait announced here Saturday accepting the United Nations invitation to host the third international aid pledging conference for Syria
In statements to KUNA, Kuwait's Permanent Delegate to the UN Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi said that he has handed over the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon a letter from the His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah including His Highness the Amir's agreement on Kuwait's hosting of the third international aid pledging conference for Syria
