
LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets group has added another milestone for its quality commitment and customer satisfaction by signing up for ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 22000 :2005 with the TUV Nord, a German certification body, for their outlets in Saudi Arabia.
FAHSS–TUV Nord is a member of a leading German certification body, which provides certification for various industries across Saudi Arabia.
FAHSS-TUV Nord is one of the affiliates of Tasnee Group (The National Industrialization Company).
LuLu is a market leader in the Saudi retail sector and also across GCC countries, a press release said.
As part of its commitment and innovation to bring the customers the “Best Quality and Standards” are now going to implement ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 at their outlets at Saudi Arabia.
This is of the first kind in retail operations to implement at our outlets as well as in Saudi Arabia.
“By going for this ‘quality and food safety management certification’, we show our loyalty and commitment toward our customers, and also going for international standards in the retail market, to provide the best quality and standards of products and services to our customers,” stated the press release.
Lulu Regional Director Abdul Basheer M and Tarief M Rasheed, director Management System Division, TUV Nord Saudi Arabia, attended the signing ceremony.
From the LuLu side, Salam O S, regional manager, Hashim K, commercial manager, Paul Aspinall, retail operations manager and Kabeer K, regional training executive, were present.
Subash KG, marketing manager MSD, and Moseb, quality and food safety consultant MSD, represented TUV Nord at the signing ceremony at the Lulu Regional Office.
