The Cabinet's approval on the bill which regulates new industrial licenses allows determining a cost for heavy industrial licensing system and launching a tender for lands if there is more than one investor, said Trade and and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil.
In press statements on the sidelines of his tour of Borg el Arab area in Alexandria, Qabil said that the new law will change the previous system which was issuing a license for about 2 million pounds only.
