Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on Wednesday called for developing a mechanism to snuff out the fertilizer black market.
He also stressed the importance of investigating people's complaints about electricity bills.
Meanwhile, the premier vowed to punish any education official for any remissness endangering the lives of students.
