Single-window system to revive investment

The most important amendment of the investment law, which was announced during the March economic conference in Sharm El Sheikh, was activating the single-window system, investment minister adviser Sherif Atefa said.
Establishing a company now will only take two hours after applying the system, Atefa said during the “major projects in Egypt” conference on Tuesday.
He also pointed out to the Justice Ministry’s dispute settlement committee, which settled nearly 120 disputes in the past three months while in the past it would take them two years.
