Sisi briefed on development projects in Sinai

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi have been briefed on a number of under-construction projects in North Sinai, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said on Sunday.
In a meeting with the head of the Armed Forces National Service, Sisi was informed about the Armed Forces plans to promote the development process and to provide jobs in the Sinai Peninsula, Youssef added.
A number of development projects, notably the development of Bardawil Lake, were discussed during the meeting.
The spokesman said that the president, during the meeting attended by top military officials, stressed the importance of exerting the utmost effort to develop Sinai and improve the well-being of its people.
