Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Tayeb Louh said Thursday the “revenue of Social Security rose to DZD 612 billion in 2010 from DZD 447 billion in 2008, up 37%. The minister, at a question-answer session in the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament), emphasized the balance of the reforms on recovery tools that resulted in a “considerable increase” in Social Security revenues.
