Statistical Forum opens in Saudi

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Dr.Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani received GCC Statistics Centre (GCC-Stat) director-general Saber Al-Harbi.
The two sides discussed ways of developing statistical work in line with the development plans in the GCC member states and achieve joint goals.
The meeting focused on the forthcoming first GCC Statistical Forum, which opened today in Riyadh, in cooperation with the Saudi General Authority for Statistics and the GCC Statistics Centre (GCC-Stat).
