
Sudanese Investment Minister Mudathir Abdel Ghani called on Egyptian businessmen to invest in various domains in Sudan, especially in the sectors of agriculture, mining and livestock.
He made the remarks during the Egyptian-Sudanese Investment Forum that was organized by the Egyptian Businessmen's Association (EBA) and attended by a number of Egyptian officials and diplomats, including Head of the EBA Hassan Sabbour.
The Sudanese Investment Ministry will encourage Egyptian investors to pump more investments there through applying the advantages and exemptions system adopted by Khartoum recently, he said.
Sudan has enormous potential including, geographical location, water resources, infrastructure and railway network as well as power plants, he asserted.
These potentials will stimulate Egypt's investors to pump more funds in different Sudanese sectors, he underlined.
