Sultan witnesses signing of agreement to establish professorship chair at UoS

H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and President of the University of Sharjah (UoS), attended this morning in his office at the UoS, the signing ceremony of an agreement establishing a professorship chair worth Dh10 million at the UoS in the name of Emirates Industrial City Company.
The move aims to enhance research and academic activities, as well as link the UoS with the community to achieve sustainable development.
Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Zamil, Chairman of Emirates Industrial City Company, and Dr. Hamid Majol Al Naimi, Vice Chancellor of the UoS, signed the agreement.
