Transport minister urges finalizing national project swiftly

Transport Minister Saad el Geyoushi urged doubling working hours to accomplish the national road project.
Geyoushi had talks Wednesday with Adel Torok, the head of the General Authority For Roads, Bridges and Land Transport, and a number of key officials at the authority to follow up the implementation of the national road project.
He called on them to remove obstacles hampering the project and double working hours to finalize the project as soon as possible.
The conferees also reviewed road safety measures as well as the authority's plan to upgrade and maintain old roads.
