Alba's team visits US firm

A delegation from Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) recently visited FM Global insurance company’s research campus in the United States .
Alba's team visit aims to gain information on Alba-wide fire risk, equipment hazards awareness and standards improvement.
During the three-day visit, Alba’s team led by Director of Power & Utilities, Amin Sultan and comprising senior officials were given demonstrations about live fire, explosions, earthquakes and wind storms.
Speaking about the visit to FM Global’s Research Campus, Alba’s Director of Power & Utilities, Amin Sultan said:
"As two of the leading companies in the global arena, it was a great opportunity to learn, and share experiences with FM Global. Such visits enable us to learn about latest technologies as well as innovations and developments that are being introduced on a regular basis, which in turn help us at Alba to mitigate our properties’ fire and equipment hazard risks."
