
Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev on Friday met Saudi Minister of Commerce and Industry Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah with talks focusing on proposed agreements and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of tourism and air transport, Saudi news agency SPA reported.
Aliyev urged the private sectors in both countries to benefit from the existing ties and start projects in the industrial, commercial and services sectors as well as promote and enhance the exchange of trade delegations.
For his part, the Saudi minister highlighted the distinguished ties between the two countries and the keenness of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and President Aliyev on developing these ties and launching projects and mutual cooperation in line of the availability of several agreements that protect and encourage capital in both countries.
