Head of Cairo Chamber of Commerce Ibrahim Al-Araby said Monday the chamber was studying to form a delegation to take part in the Arab-Indian Conference which would be held on November 26 and 27 in New Delhi to promote investment in the Suez Canal and the available investment opportunities in all fields in the Egyptian market.
Al-Araby added the new Suez Canal opens new areas of significant investment, so the chamber made great efforts with all countries to promote these promising investment opportunities.
The conference is a good opportunity for us to present visions of the Suez Canal and the new areas of investment there, he has said.
Egypt aimed at increasing the volume of its trade with India to $ 8 billion by 2016, he added.
